Welhouse Appraisals LLC is a real estate appraisal company specializing in the appraisal of farm, residential and commercial properties. I have 20-plus years of agricultural lending experience and 8 years of real estate appraisal experience. I grew up on a dairy farm near Kaukauna, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, specializing in Dairy Science. As an Appraiser Trainee I prepare appraisal assignments with the guidance of a Wisconsin Certified Appraiser. I have partnered with John Roche, Wisconsin Certified Residential Appraiser who will serve as my appraisal mentor. John is an experienced appraiser with an extensive farm background. In addition, I have made arrangements for appraisals requiring the Wisconsin Certified General Appraiser designation.

My coverage area will primarily be Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Fond du Lac, Green Lake and Jefferson Counties. Practice outside this area will be considered with time and familiarity with the area being the main considerations. While my background centers heavily on agriculture I also have significant experience with residential and commercial appraisals. Typical turnaround time would be one week for residential appraisals and two weeks for farm/commercial appraisals.
